This is an update on recent reports of blank sites and performance issues. There will be no downtime associated with this maintenance event.
We want to acknowledge and apologize for the intermittent issue affecting some pages on certain sites, which may appear as a "blank screen" to users. This is a longstanding challenge related to ColdFusion server cache management that has occurred periodically over the years, typically following release deployments. When it happens, it is limited to specific server nodes. While historically infrequent, we have seen an increase in occurrences in recent weeks and understand the frustration and disruption this may cause.
As a short-term solution, we temporarily remove the affected server from circulation, refresh it, and reintroduce it. While this effectively restores functionality, it does result in brief disruptions. To reduce this impact, we are actively working on automating detection and restoration processes.
At the same time, our team is focused on a long-term resolution to minimize or eliminate these occurrences. We are exploring multiple approaches to improve system stability and appreciate your patience as we work through this.
