Chrome Browser Update Impacting Access to Terra Dotta Software

Google recently issued an update to Chrome (version 124.0.6367.61) which contacts a defect affecting certain web applications. The issue specifically arrises when using Terra Dotta applications, presenting an "Ah! Snap" screen accompanied by an error code "STATUS_STACK_OVERFLOW." The defect in Google Chrome is currently being tracked at https://issues.chromium.org/issues/335553723.

As Google is in the process of developing a resolution, we advise our customers to refrain from installing this update and to await a subsequent release that addresses this issue. For those of you who already updated, we recommend either reverting to a previous version of Chrome with assistance from your IT department or temporarily switching to an alternative browser such as Firefox or Safari.
